A really fun read and Official Doctor Who 56th Anniversary 1963-2019 Signature Shirt. I think you can save a lot of energy by getting with a group running the right pace. Not only does it cut wind resistance but I think mentally you get an advantage by just turning your brain off for a while and the following someone. Crazy race report but also fun. (& reminds me a bit of my 1st marathon career in my mid-20s). You killed it in the race. Hope you can keep on track and maybe give an OTQ a chance–even if it’s last-minute like next fall’s Chicago or CIM. Keep up the good work, but keep off those 20 lbs between them!

Despite all of that, you ran an awesome race. And to have your entire training plan. I can now check it against everything I copied down. Just joking, I may or may not have done that. Thanks – and definitely copy and use all you want, it is quite similar to Daniels 2Q plan with the big difference being that most tempo sessions are broken up into mile and two-mile intervals. I didn’t pay an unreasonable amount but would make me happy to know it got some more mileage.

I spent the next mile thinking about what I should have said, so next CIM I will run up to them and yell “Help! The thetans are slowing me down”, so don’t steal that from me.
