    I work out, have an athletic build, and usually bust out of a large. This was big on me and also a cheaper t shirt that has long baggy arms you need to roll up. I went to return it and the cost to ship back was the cost of the t-shirt. I kept it and wear it when i clean the house. It has a rough texture, but the print is decent. Order a size down or be prepared to be stuck with it.

    I first bought a large and after one wash it shrank so much that I could not longer wear it. But because I really liked the shirt I bought the XL thinking after I washed it that it would shrink to fit perfectly. I was wrong, it is still too large. I held up the large and XL to other same size shirts I own and the sizing for this Rocky shirt is so far off. I honestly think the manufacturer of the shirt used bad material.
