I’m the plain sweater type. I don’t like a sweater that isn’t functional as a warm article of clothing. So this looked promising. So far I have loved it. It’s not bulky or chunky, it’s actually pretty light weight, but it still keeps me warm. When it arrived it came with that blah warehouse smell, but wash and dry and throw in a bounce sheet and it smells great now after one wash. I’ll probably buy another one in another color. Also – fits as expected.

I am so impressed by this sweater! I had my doubts about ordering an Amazon sweater, but I’m so glad that I did. The sweater has a looser fit, and seems to be of very good quality – not thin at all. Sorry, but there is no way these sweaters rival better quality ones; you get what you pay for, at least in this case. But they’re fine for the price – and if you like very light-weight sweaters, these are a good choice. I got one in black, that I’ll enjoy for as long as it lasts. The one in ivory, as thin as these are, is see-thru. I would not wear it without an undershirt, so size up if you get a light colored one. Cheers!

Getting really sick of the tunic look. Everybody walking around with maternity tops on. Also tired of the papery thin tops and sweaters – or stretch fabric for everything that really looks bad when you’re “over 40”. I really don’t want to wear 3 tops all the time!! And I really really want clothing sizes to get standardized so I can order something and get what I expect! I am hoping that looks is soon over with.
So, I ordered 3 of these sweaters, which were a favorable price. AND I LOVE THESE SWEATERS. Lightweight, but not paper thin or see-through. Decent fit – as expected. Not a maternity top. Cotton knit with soft, smooth fabric. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!! Looks like I have my fall ‘wear to work’ wardrobe at last!!
Sometimes I buy a sweater and the body fits but the sleeves are too tight… this is proportioned correctly. The only thing I would change about this sweater is the ribbed bottom – if it had a tighter knit or some added stretch micro threads to make it ‘fit’ better at the bottom.
But .. hey … I’m still happy with these and going to order a few more!
